Because alliance management is not an exact science, one of the best ways to "teach" it is through discussion of cases, best practices, and participant experiences. As a result, most of our teaching and consulting consists of designing, leading, and facilitating interactive workshops with groups ranging from 15 to 95 people.

In addition, our workshops and seminars include lecture segments in which research findings and best practices are presented. This section lists some of the types of workshops that have worked well for us in the past.
